Initiative under “Saksham Niveshak” – A Second 100-Day for KYC and Related Updation and Shareholder Engagement to Prevent Transfer of Unpaid/Unclaimed Dividends to IEPF.”

Pursuant to the initiatives of the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), the Ministry of Corporate affairs (MCA), the second 100 Days campaign “Saksham Niveshak” has started from 1st April, 2026 to 9th July, 2026. During this Campaign, all the shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for any Financial Years from 2018-19 to 2024-25 or have not updated their KYC or any issues related to unclaimed dividends and shares may write to the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e. M/s Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) Limited.
